Requirements of Indonesian Business Visa:
Stay up to 30 days no visa is required but if you are staying less than
30 days you must have following documents:
1. Passport validity must have at least six months with two blank visa
pages.
2. Evidence of onward and return flights.
3. Hold all required documents for the next destination.
4. Show evidence of sufficient
funds regarding your intended length of stay.
5. Confirmation with your airline
prior to your travel date that boarding will be permitted without a visa.
6. Arrival and Departure the
country from one of the ports of entry listed here.
If you need to stay more than
30 days, then please follow the requirements below.
Passport(s)
You must give your actual signed passport, including personal
information page of your passport one copy. Your passport must have:
1. Validity for the next six months of your passport
2. Passport has to have at least one blank visa page (amendments and
endorsement pages cannot be
used to Fulfill this Requirement)
3. Not be frayed, torn,
separating, or altered in any other way
4. If your passport does not hold

Business Cover Letter
You have to provide a Business Cover Letter from your U.S.-based
company. Be sure your letter meets the specific requirements of the consulate

Visa Application Form
1. Online fill up completed Visa application form. Follow this link: https://consular.embassyofindonesia.org.
2. Your name as in passport
3. Fill up answered of all fields
4. You must keep your signature as in passport
5. Upload your photo for online application. Hard copy of your photo
attached with all other documents has to match your uploaded photo.
6. Have to print confirmation page and submit with all other relevant visa
application documents.
7. Must fill up online visa application not granted offline fill up and it
will be rejected by the consulate.
Invitation Letter
You must take a letter of invitation from which company, organization or
person you will visit. This letter must have:
1. Be written in English on company letterhead
2. Provide full local address and phone number visited company,
organization or person.
3. Request the same validity of visa as in the Business Introduction Letter
4. Specify the number of entries such single, double and multiple entries.
Evidence of Travel Arrangements
You must provide confirmation
of travel arrangements for the duration of your tour. Details of your
intended arrangements must:
1)
Includes a copy of an
itinerary/Travel Plan or e-ticket that displays your round trip travel and
entry and exit dates for your destination
2)
Show the traveler's
full name (as printed in Travel Document/Passport)

Photograph(s)

Alternatively, you may provide two colors, passport-type photographs
that meet the following strict criteria:

Be taken within the last three months
against an all-white background and printed on high-quality photo paper;

head with your face centered in the middle and displaying a neutral
(non-smiling) expression.
5.
You may not wear eyeglasses or
headwear except for religious purposes. Your photo should not be affixed to

Employment Letter/No
Objection Certificate (NOC)
If you are
currently employed, you must provide an employment letter Or No Objection
Certificate (NOC).
The letter
must have:
